Returns & Refunds Policy

At BillitBoyz, we want you to love what you order. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.





1. Returns Eligibility



We accept returns under the following conditions:


  • Your item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging
  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required



Non-returnable items:


  • Used I-Soak boxes (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Sale items or discounted products (unless faulty)



Note: If your product is defective or arrives damaged, we’ll fix it fast—scroll to section 3.





2. How to Start a Return



To request a return, email us at: billit@billitboyz.shop with the subject: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”


We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.


Please note:


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return






3. Damaged or Faulty Items



If your item arrives damaged, broken, or not as described, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging



We’ll either:


  • Send you a replacement (if in stock)
  • Issue a full refund (including original shipping)






4. Refunds



Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved:


  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed



Late or missing refunds?

Check with your bank or payment provider first. If it’s still not showing, contact us at billit@billitboyz.shop





5. Exchanges



At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.





6. International Returns



International customers are welcome to return eligible items, but:


  • Return shipping is at your expense
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
